**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raise Purchase Orders through the system and send to suppliers
- Obtain lead times and expediting of deliveries from suppliers
- Supplier contract reviews and updates/Conduct RFQ & RFP's
- Identify waste in supply chain and eliminate non-value activities
- Maintain all information accurately in the system and provide reports to management
- Provide enhancement experience in ERP projects
- Liaison with internal stakeholders to determine purchasing requirements
- Obtain and review quotes from suppliers including negotiation and cost reduction.
- Source of products, repairs/maintenance, and R&D
- Enter supplier invoices into the system against the Order(s) checking for accuracy and correct coding of invoices
- Arrange Freight and shipping documentation and delivery
- Assist with export/ import operations and customs documentation and permits

**Essential Qualifications and industry experience**:

- Tertiary Qualification in Finance and Accounting or similar
- Experience in plant or manufacturing operations including purchasing, supply chain, logistics and finance
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft computer software
- Administrative competencies and attention to detail
