Regional Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: A. Responsible for achieving the sales targetAchieve annual sales target.Review sales results monthly with management team.Review sales results with distributors and implement appropriate action plans.Build the required structure and reporting mechanisms to capitalize on the growth opportunities.Monthly funnel review of ID'd opportunities and overall funnel health metrics (e.g. new funnel create, win-rate and time to close)B.
