Kellyville, OSHClub is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to provide engaging services for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time opportunity, assisting in leading a team of Educators at a medium sized service. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a step up in their career, willing to support the service Coordinators, actively assisting with broad service management and contributing to quality programming.

**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30 - 6:00PM (Stay and Play Program) + additional admin hours to assist the Coordinator when needed totaling 32 hours per week. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role

Assist in leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
