Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store ManagerA day in the life As a RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT you will be responsible for:Delivering the full Ghanda Experience to each customer who visits our storePoint of sale interaction and till reconciliationMaintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand directionProcessing stock deliveries and inventory controlAbout youAn ideal addition to the GhandaGang will have:A can-do attitude and a willingness to learnThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong alignment with our brand and organisational valuesFlexible availability (including all school holidays)Their own reliable form of transportRetail hospitality experience is desirable but not a deal-breaker - At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experienceIf you think you're the next best thing to hit the Ghanda Gang we can't wait to hear from you
