- **Exceeding OSHC **service providing education and care experiences, predominantly from the school hall.

- Large service can provide care for up to 170 children.
- Supportive leadership structure consists of a Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator Educational Leader, Part Time and Casual Educators, Policy and Compliance Advisor, Area Coordinator, and Senior Manager.
- Operating hours, BSC 6:30 am - 8:45 am| ASC 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm |School Holidays 6:30 am - 6:30 pm.

**We're looking for someone **with a strong passion for programming, a genuine desire to learn, and a love for working with children and young people.
- **Proven **experience, Cert III, or Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent.
- Someone who has strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- An approachable and collaborative leader who also prioritises professionalism and compliance.
- Your knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time, Our Place, and National Quality Standards will ensure we provide a quality service that meets regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with School age Children or in Early Childhood Education and Care.

**Child Safety**: Looking for an individual who understands, adheres to, and promotes
**The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (The Child Safe Standards)**. In your position, you will create a culture, adopt strategies, and take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

**Requirement **Valid Paid NSW Working with Children Check
