These roles often lead to ongoing employment with Belgravia Leisure.We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly lifeguards to join the team.
Our lifeguards will be responsible for daily pool operations within our facility and ensuring that all areas in and around the pools are safe and enjoyable for all patrons.You will have a passion for water safety.
You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun.
Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential to ensure our patrons enjoy their visit safely every time.Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.Skills & AttributesExcellent verbal communication skillsAn understanding of OHS and public safety applications within your facilityAbility to work mornings, evenings, and weekendsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCurrent First Aid (Level 2) & CPR CertificateNational Police CheckCurrent Pool Lifeguard CertificatePrevious experience in a similar role is not essential but highly regardedCurrent Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regardedThe CompanyBelgravia Leisure, part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG), is the fastest-growing leisure organisation in Australia.
