**In a dedicated, high-performing team, the role will**:

- Lead and build out the risk analytics capability, shaping a new business offering within Gallagher
- Deliver impactful analysis to clients and internal teams, driving innovation and enhancing decision-making
- Build and develop innovative solutions, collaborating with brokers, claims, insurers, international teams across Gallagher / GallagherRe
- Provide expert leadership on high-impact projects, leveraging advanced modeling (extreme loss, climate, and transition), insurance optimization, robust statistical and actuarial analysis, and data-driven solutions
- Influence the strategic direction of Gallagher's advisory capability in Australia

**Key to this role are strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients. Ideally, you will possess experience in a similar role within the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus**:

- Proven experience in statistical or actuarial modelling and stochastic loss modelling
- Strong account management experience and a track record in leading client engagements
- Expertise in insurance program optimisation, technical pricing, and natural catastrophe modelling
- FIAA designation or equivalent, or a postgraduate qualification in a quantitative discipline with over seven years of relevant experience
- Driven and professional disposition with a willingness to contribute to a team environment
