About the role
This role has responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the CISP Program at the County Court. It provides leadership and support to a team of case managers who provide support to people on bail with multiple and complex needs. The role will work closely with and provide key support to the CISP Manager in terms of managing operational responsibility of the CISP team, with specific technical reporting requirements. The role will also hold a caseload of CISP participants, whilst supporting the broader CISP team with operational responsibilities.
