**What you'll do**
We are seeking an experienced Content and Integration Manager to be responsible for leading the development and integration of engaging branded content across Woolworths canvases including the masthead publication the Fresh Magazine, one of Australia's most read publications plus Woolworths and Big W social channels. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive content strategies that foster closer collaboration between the Brand & Marketing team, Fresh team, and Cartology, maximising revenue generation and partnering to create innovative content solutions. Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Leading content strategy, development, and implementation across Woolworths and partner platforms, inclusive of social media amplification.
- Driving content strategies in collaboration with Brand & Marketing and the Fresh team to maximise opportunities and revenue.
- Supporting the Cartology Sales team in bringing Fresh Magazine and Social Ad product opportunities to market through a well-planned and delivered editorial/commercial calendar.
- Ensuring the sell-through of the Fresh Mag and social platforms through driving inventory sales and ideation/collaboration with the sales teams and clients, inclusive of managing the Fresh Ideas Magazine product.
- Working closely with the Brand & Marketing and Fresh teams to explore, organise and execute on broader media integration opportunities, while collaborating appropriately to ensure effective integration and execution.
**What you'll bring**
- +7 years of experience in Media, Content, Publishing, with proven exposure and experience with editorial teams and developing and executing commercial content opportunities.
- Strong experience in content strategy, strategy design, magazine product management, social amplification, partnerships and sponsorships.
- Exceptionally creative mind, story development capabilities, powerful articulation skills, along with problem solving, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- A proactive eye for opportunity unlocking, to drive growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder and expectation management skills, along with people partnering.
