We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team and contribute to maintaining our properties to the highest standards.In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.
Your ability to work efficiently and professionally will play a crucial role in enhancing the living experience for our community members.
Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities.Respond to resident maintenance requests in a prompt and courteous manner.Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance.Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring they meet company standards.Assist in maintaining exterior grounds and common areas of the property.Keep an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.1-3 years of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.Willingness to be available for on-call maintenance as needed.
