- 2210Our client is a rapidly expanding residential and commercial installer of quality air conditioning and HVAC units and is seeking a HVAC Air Conditioning Installer and a HVAC Air Conditioning Senior Service Technician to join their rapidly expanding team.

**About the HVAC Air Conditioning Installer Role**
- Provide a high standard of customer services to clients from first contact to installation completion, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring delivery of all services in accordance with contractual and manufacturers requirements.
- Share knowledge, experience and and technical support to on site employees and team members, contractor and sub-contractor teams, tradespersons, and technicians to ensure they provide services that match project timelines, in line with company policies & procedures and customer expectations.
- Follow company policies and procedures ensuring ongoing compliance and completion of all paperwork required in a timely manner. Ensure Work, Health & Safety legislations, regulation, and procedures are compliant, met and maintained by all stakeholders.

**About the HVAC Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Technician Role**

As per the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Installer role but with the opportunity to assist in taking the lead to help the Manging Director build out the service delivery team. The role is planned to be on the road for 4 days a week with 1 day in the office.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Licences**
- Certificate III in Air conditioning and Refrigeration or Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning or Electrotechnology (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)
- Current RAC01 Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Construction Industry White Card (mandatory)
- Tradesperson Certificate (Highly Regarded)
- Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

**Skills & Experience**
- Possession of 1-3 years HVAC installation experience.
- Able to distinguish between various HVAC equipment, have experience of installing various types and brands of HVAC units and with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- A sound understanding of WHS systems and processes with a safety-first approach to all worksites, ensuring risk assessments and safety adjustments are established.
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal, excellent problem solving and customer services skills.
- Honest & reliable self-motivated individual with ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team and able to display a professional company image.
- Must be physically fit, able to work safely at heights when required with the ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, and / or kneel continually.
- Must be punctual and reliable and willing to provide a National Police Check.
