The Opportunity:
**Maintenance - Cleaner**
**A varied and challenging role, will see you work part of a team that performs specialist tasks associated with the cleaning and maintenance of Commercial sites.**
What we are looking for:
- Perform supervised tasks that maintain cleanliness across commercial sites, including scheduled cleaning activities such as window cleaning, floor scrubbing, pressure washing, and steam cleaning.
- Carry out programmed cleaning and servicing of public facilities such as toilets and BBQ areas across the region.
- Remove graffiti and restore assets as part of site maintenance.
- Handle general handyman duties to ensure comprehensive cleaning and maintenance standards are met.
To be successful:
- You'll hold a valid and full driver's license - ESSENTIAL
- Degree of fitness required
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Workplace Health and Safety awareness
- Able to work autonomously and as a team player
- Able to work to target deadlines and quality standards with accurate completion of associated paperwork
- Minimum 6 months commercial maintenance cleaning experience
- Certificate 3 in Cleaning Operations desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.09 - $37.31 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
