Morayfield State High School is a large secondary school with a population of 1657 students from Years 7-12 including many with a strong cultural identity as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanderand an ICSEA of 947 and 20% of students have been identified through the NCCD process as requiring additional support or intervention to achieve.As the Behaviour Coach, you will have responsibility for the following: - Lead and model pedagogical reform/development activities, resulting in improved pedagogical or literacy and numeracy outcomes for students
- Work collaboratively with teachers and provide experience by identifying resources and strategies to deliver outcomes
- Lead and support specific projects within the school community to operationalise the development, implementation and evaluation of the initiative at the school level
- Lead strategies to maximise student achievement and support other school and/or departmental initiatives as required
- Improve student outcomes by modelling
- Provide coaching and guidance to classroom teachers in delivering teaching and/or programs.
