**Position: Support Worker**

**Location: Underwood QLD**

The CareSide is experiencing exciting growth and is currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Carer for our operations in **Underwood QLD**. As a national leader in Home Care Packages, The CareSide operates from our head office in Perth, Western Australia, with remote offices across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland.

**The Role**:
As a Support Worker/Carer in **Underwood QLD**, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities. This role requires **8 hours of work per week ad hoc support on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays for 2 hours personal care; and Tuesdays for 2 hours domestic assistance.**

It involves working with four different clients located in the **Underwood QLD**, each with a different schedule. You have the flexibility to choose to work only some hours with specific clients if you're unable to commit to all.

Type of care to be provided**:Personal care, Companion care, & Domestic cleaning.**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community), or 1 year experience on Personal care
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Availability for overnight shifts during the week and weekends
- Experienced in disability support
- Manual handling
