**Description**:
**About the Role**:
Dynamics G-Ex are looking for an adaptable Branch & Customer Support Officer, who will provide administrative support to customers, both on a national and local level. As you will be based in our Adelaide branch, this role will also provide back of house warehouse support.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Provide front of house sales support
- Assist walk-in customers and process credit card payments
- Sort quotes and process orders for the Product Specialist
- Book freight
- Picking and packing of orders to suit customer requirements
- Checking and receipting incoming stock POs and stock transfers
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Undertake regular stock take activities (incl. monitoring stock levels and purchasing)
- Packing and dispatching orders through BE
- Construct all build items

Barcode all current stock and any incoming stock

**About You**:

- Warehouse/retail experience (preferred)
- Mining industry experience (preferred)
- Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Superior attention to detail
- Driven, and a track record of delivering on targets.
- Strong customer service skills
- Well-presented and have a pleasant nature.
