Our client is currently seeking customer service reps to join a dynamic & friendly team in Perth, WA. Work time ranges from shift work Monday - Friday between the hours of 5AM & 4PM.

**Duties of the role include;**
- Answering high volume inbound calls
- Making outbound calls for various follow-ups and situations
- Adhering to KPIs
- Data inputting

**To succeed in this role you will require;**
- Well-developed communication skills with an excellent phone manner
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
