**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Process bookings, cancellations, and payments using RMS
- Deliver high-quality customer service in person and over the phone
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle daily reception duties with accuracy and efficiency

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of front desk/reception experience in the hotel or serviced apartment industry**
- **Mandatory: Proficiency in RMS (Room Management System)**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
