**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts, with precision and creativity.
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking methods comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following sanitation standards and ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
- Work closely with the café manager and staff to address customer feedback, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
- Maintain a positive and professional work atmosphere, fostering teamwork and encouraging open communication among the kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

- Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and appealing menu items.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in all food preparations.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
- RSA certificate (required)
- Previous hospitality experience (preferred) but training will be provided
