**Daily Tasks**

**Primary Focus - Plumbing (60-70% of role)**:

- Conducting plumbing repairs and new installations
- Clearing blocked pipes, drains, and sewerage systems
- Performing minor roof repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning and replacing gutters
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently

**Additional Multi-Trade Duties**:

- **Carpentry & Joinery**: Installing and repairing doors, fittings, and fixtures
- **Plastering & Gyprock**: Professional patching and finishing work
- **Painting**: Interior and exterior painting, including detailed touch-ups
- **General Maintenance**: Various property repairs as required across the site
- Coordinating with other trades and departments for integrated maintenance solutions

Desired Skills and Experience
- Trade qualification in Plumbing (highly desirable) OR extensive hands-on maintenance experience with strong plumbing skills
- Proven ability to work across multiple trades with confidence
- Strong communication skills - comfortable liaising with both on-site teams and management
- Excellent customer service approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience in commercial or residential property maintenance
