Our Host Employer is a proactive and integrative Medical Practice based in Erina. They provide holistic care and work closely with their patients to provide the best opportunities in order to achieve optimum health. Their aim is to provide a safe, professional, respectful and relaxed environment for both patients and staff.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED..**
- Great time management skills

- Interest in the medical industry
- Excellent verbal communication skills

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..**

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, your duties will include but not be limited to;
- Answering incoming calls and triaging patients
- Greeting patients and assisting with setting them up on devices such as iPad and the businesses app (tech savvy is a plus)
- Scanning and importing documents
- Organizing patient bookings and billings - Medicare and private billings
- Dispensary Management - unpacking stock and invoicing
- Postage
- Maintaining doctor's room with stationary
- Cleaning with appropriate PPE

As part of this Traineeship you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) through ON training over a period of 12 months.
