This is a key leadership role reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and providing commercial insights to drive decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales and Marketing, providing insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.Lead forecasts, reporting and analytics for the S&OP process.Lead a robust Budget and forecasting process including P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasting.Provide financial input and evaluation of business proposals including new products, pricing, marketing and trade support.Identify areas for continuous improvement and execute accordingly.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within an FMCG environment (5+ years), with experience partnering the commercial side (Sales & Marketing).
You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to exert influence across the organisation.
