**About the role**

We are seeking a motivated Digital Specialist to join our corporate team in South Melbourne at Mercedes-Benz Melbourne. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing digital marketing strategies to promote dealership products and aftersales services within our Primary Market Area (PMA). Key responsibilities include delivering targeted digital marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability, ensuring alignment with set budgets and corporate guidelines. The role also involves coordinating promotional events—such as product launches, customer engagement activities, and community events (e.g., golf days)—to enhance brand visibility and foster customer loyalty. Additionally, the Digital Specialist will manage social media, coordinate in-house photography, and support broader group marketing initiatives.

**About You**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or digital role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with luxury brand customer behaviour; automotive experience advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Proficiency with CRM systems, digital design tools, and a working knowledge of corporate brand guidelines
- Education and Skills Required
- Degree in Marketing or a related business qualification
- Background in luxury retail or fast-paced environments highly valued
- Coursework in graphic design, marketing, or a related field is preferred
