As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the successful leadership of a team to deliver overall brand standards and results.
You will motivate, coach, and support your team to drive feel-good customer experiences, deliver delicious safe food, drive sales, and maximize profit, all whilst maintaining the overall safety of the team and customers.
You will use your time management and communication skills together with your can-do attitude to ensure all tasks are completed to best-in-class standards and that our customers are always our top priority.Do you have what it takes to join our team?
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
