**Overview**

Partnering with multiple stakeholders including external partners, the Executive team, Senior Leaders and key business representatives, this role is responsible for both the strategic development and execution of our community and sustainability programs on a global basis.

This role requires the ability to think strategically, have a commercial and pragmatic approach to sustainability, while having a proactive and hands-on approach.

The role will set and drive our global strategy and goals for sustainability and community engagement at a group level, while working closely with our four businesses to help them execute and deliver on our commitments, targets and reporting.

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Set and oversee our global approach to sustainability and community engagement, including setting of targets, policies and programs including but not limited to:

- Our charitable and community initiatives across our various operating regions
- Our sustainability initiatives including environmental, social and business sustainability
- Responsibility for planning, managing and delivering our reporting and legislative obligations as an ASX listed entity. This includes working with the businesses and SMEs to obtain and audit data and information, and develop and write reporting for:

- Modern Slavery (UK & AU)
- TCFD
- Sustainability Report
- Sustainability / Modern Slavery training obligations
- Steer and chair various working groups as required
- Manage, train and oversee the sustainability data capture system (3rd party system)
- Lead the planning and review of our Board-endorsed, externally published policies as relates to Human Rights, Sustainability and other policies as required.
- Lead the production of our annual Sustainability report and website content
- Regular and accurate measurement and reporting of our performance against identified frameworks and performance indicators (as aligned to industry standards), and against our externally published targets
- Provide data for regulatory and finance reporting, assisting in analysis and reconciliation as required

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- At least 5 years in a dedicated CSR and sustainability role within the professional services or finance industries.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in developing both community and sustainability strategies in a corporate, professional or financial services environment
- Demonstrated understanding of TCFD and Modern Slavery obligations particularly in a financial services environment
- Experience in creating or having strong input into the development of end-to-end Sustainability Reports
- Strong influencing, relationship building and collaboration skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- Able to gather, analyse, package and make thoughtful recommendations based on insights from data
- Strong project management skills
- Strong focus on governance
- Excellent communications skills including ability to develop succinct, to the point presentations and documents for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Advanced Word and Powerpoint skills
