Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices.
It's our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one.

Hours per week after training, 5 days per week, rostered in advance on days from Monday - Friday with a variety of start and finish timesExtensive, supportive training on commencement, from Monday - Friday, a 5-hour shift daily for initial 8 weeksPay rate $27.48 / hour increases to $29.37 / hour after approx.
3 months, + 12% SuperannuationRelief team members will be assigned shifts at various Post Offices within a specific area, so you must be willing to work at the following locations: Adelaide GPO, Rundle Mall, Mitcham & UnleyYou'll bePerforming customer sales and service transactions with customers.Managing high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS).
