Responsibilities
Lead our team through architecting and implementing new product features.
Identify innovation opportunities and deliver new technical capabilities.
Own the technical vision and implementation across one or more teams.
Mentor other engineers and help build a sustainable and inclusive organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience as a software engineer in a product development setting.
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
Experience in full-stack development including API design, integration patterns, security, and testing frameworks (Unit and End-to-End).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with frameworks like Spring, GRPC, Flask, etc.
Extensive experience in a test-driven development environment.
Understanding of CI/CD practices including code check-in policies, automated unit tests, and automated deployments.
Ability to grasp new technologies and apply them to create robust software.
Preferred Qualifications
Good communication skills in English with product managers, team members, and external stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with both senior and junior technical professionals.
Deadline-oriented with the ability to plan for obstacles and still ship features on time.
Bias for action and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
