About The Role
As a cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our public facility environments are clean, safe, and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include performing cleaning tasks within designated public amenities, carry out minor building repairs, painting of limited amounts of graffiti vandalism to public amenities, notify and report on works requiring attention on public amenities.
You will be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members to achieve the best results. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential traits for success in this position.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Current Class C Driver's LicenseValid Construction General Induction Card - NSW WorkCover or equivalent or willing to obtainStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsGood communication skills and a friendly demeanourAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Other Important Information
The commencing salary for this position is up to $61.2K. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $73.5K on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation + Level 1 Adverse Working Conditions We have a permanent full-time role availableThis role will be able to access a 9 day fortnightThis role is located at either Long Jetty Depot or Erina Depot
