As a Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of our Agile delivery, facilitating team collaboration and driving efficient, high-quality outcomes. You will guide and coach Agile teams to deliver value-driven solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By removing impediments, you will enable teams to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes in an efficient manner.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Your role will involve promoting Agile principles and best practices, aligning team efforts with business objectives, and maintaining project momentum. Transparency and clear communication will be key to your success, ensuring that progress is effectively tracked and shared across teams.

Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Through these engagements, you will drive collaboration, encourage accountability, and ensure alignment towards achieving project goals.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a technology consulting environment.
- Previous experience working within government
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
