**About the role**:
Based at Castlemaine and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Recruitment Partner will lead, coordinate, and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for all wages and salaried positions at Castlemaine.
The role requires experience in volume-based recruitment, attention to detail, tenacity, internal & external stakeholder engagement, strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to switch priorities to meet the demands of the business.
**Please note this is a 6-month max term role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment (and coordination of recruitment process) for all wages and salaried positions across the Castlemaine factory and farm sites.
- Vacancy Management - internal and external advertising, phone screening, facilitating and participation in assessment centres, coordinating interviews, and booking medical appointments.
- Allocation of new starters to the production lines based on the needs of the business.
- Identify, document, reporting, and management of site labour requirements.
- Coordination and relationship management with external employment providers
- Support community initiatives aimed at continuing to improve the culture and reputation of the organisation.
- Provide quality control, ensuring that data, letters, working rights, visa status and identification requirements are met.
- Coordinate the new starter experience, ensuring that all new employees receive the appropriate and inviting experience when commencing employment.
- Provide insightful weekly and monthly reporting, including commentary around labour-based data, leave, utilisation and termination data across the site.

**About you**:
- 3+ years of high volume recruitment experience in either agency, internal or employment provider recruitment
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) including use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain productive internal and external relationships
