We are an expanding community of compounding pharmacies across Australia and New Zealand specialising in compounding personalised pharmaceutical products, nutrition and skincare.

We are searching for a compounding technician or lab manager who wants to join our team in making shift in the pharmacy and skincare industry and who dreams of carving out their own career.

We can provide all training on the job, and you will be supported and encouraged by teammates with decades of experience. You will be backed up by a quality assurance team, and you will be provided with a continual stream of training relevant to the role.

**The Role**

Your role as Compounding technician will be initially to learn the Formulae quality systems and be involved in compounding. However, we are seeking someone who would ideally be interested in rapidly upskilling into the position of lab manager and running the quality systems and leading a team. You will be reporting to the pharmacist in charge, owners and will be

working alongside a quality officer, cosmetic scientist, operations manager and other compounding staff.

This position is responsible This is a full-time permanent position.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of non-sterile compounds
- Ensure quality management is adhered to and identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills, great attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear English skills.
- Stock control
- Self-motivated to deliver results.
- Ability to monitor and forecast stock control and orders.
- Other general duties include some dispensing, liaising with customers and suppliers, and stability and microbial testing.

**Qualifications preferred**

Strong experience in pharmaceutical compounding or leadership of small teams
