Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

We are currently searching for a Buyer to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Perth. Reporting to the Project Services Manager, you will bring a basic understanding of Procurement, Invoice management and an attitude to learn.

The role will be based in the Perth Head Office.

Your focus will include:
- Obtaining quotes and information from suppliers for purchase.- Procuring temporary and minor materials procurement system.- Creating and maintaining purchase orders procurement systems.- Assisting with Pre-Qualification status with Buyers.- Assisting with preparation of Bidders Lists with Buyers.-
- Assisting Buyers to compile information for Complex Purchasing- Expediting signed Purchase Orders acknowledgements from Suppliers / Sub-contractors.- Managing receipts for all local office deliveries / services in procurement system- Establishing and maintaining the Purchase Order and Material Requisition Register.- Circulating Supplier Invoices for approval and assist in the close out of Purchase Orders as part of the 3-way matching requirements.- Assisting with data entry into system for consumables, tools, and assets.- Interface with delivery and construction team on consumable and materials to purchase to support project work.- Assisting Supply Chain Management team with meeting notes for supplier meetings.

What you will bring to the team:
- Previous experience with working with different groups within a business.- Previous experience in procurement or invoicing would be advantageous.- Reasonable understanding of commercial terms and conditions- Ability to rapidly learn systems and processes.- Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, procurement (or related fields) will be beneficial to this role.
