About the Role
Immediate start available
12:9 roster (12 days on, 9 days off)
Meals and accommodation provided
Weekly pay
$44 flat rate + super on all hours
DIDO role – 4 hours paid travel
Requirements
Australian Citizen
Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Royal Life Saving WA)
HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
HLTAID009 – Provide CPR (renewed annually)
Pool Operator Course – highly regarded
Working With Children Check & National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
Ability to swim 200m in under 6 minutes
Strong communication and observation skills
Key Responsibilities
Supervise swimmers and ensure safety at all times
Enforce pool rules while maintaining a positive environment
Respond effectively to emergencies
Carry out routine pool checks and maintain water quality
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
