**What's the opportunity?**
An exciting opportunity exists in digital health to join Telstra Health as an Associate Product Manager. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager and team to contribute to the overall business strategy, you will have a role in being the voice of the customer, to commit and deliver on business and product objectives while overseeing technical development.

**What can I expect?**
Deliver fit-for-purpose products and features into the healthcare market that creates customer satisfaction and business value.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather and prioritise product features that align with the defined product vision and strategy, whilst also collecting customer insights on key workflows and pain points.
- Partner with the "Trio Partnership" - Tech and Design Teams - to work with respective squads in building roadmaps and planning cadence for delivery.
- Engage in competitor analysis to understand competitors' product offerings, market penetration and strategies.
- Work across multiple streams of work, document workflows and articulate business and technical requirements.
- Lead key documentation of project artefacts including Minutes, Agendas, Business Cases and Tenders.
**About you**:
Education/Certification Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related or technology discipline
- Highly regarded: Business Analyst certification
- Appropriate qualifications in Agile Methodology
Previous experience may include:
- Around 2 years relevant experience delivering successful and innovative consumer products, e.g., product associate, product specialist, and/or BA skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
You might also have:
- Healthcare industry experience strongly desired.
- Expertise in technology, digital health preferred.
