Do you want to make a difference and deliver exceptional service to the City of Perth's community and visitors? We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team of Superstar Customer Experience Officers.

**About the role**:

- Assist customers by providing up-to-date information on the City's activities, events and current matters
- Deliver high standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, working collaboratively, and participating in training

**About you**:

- Can work well in a team, and independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to navigate numerous systems to support our customers
- Experience in frontline customer service and familiar with delivering service expectations
- Ability to prioritise tasks
