We are looking for a Senior Frontend Architect to lead the teams that own the foundational frontend architecture across our products.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and maintaining large-scale, cloud-based systems and a strong track record of driving technical excellence and innovation.
They will be responsible for shaping the technical strategy, developing, and maintaining core client infrastructure, including design systems, shared UI components, performance tooling, and accessibility standards.
The Senior Frontend Architect will also drive developer productivity by building tooling and abstractions that improve the day-to-day experience of frontend engineers and allow product teams to focus on feature development.
Additionally, they will collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent, performant experiences across desktop, mobile, and web clients.
The role requires a strong leader who can champion best practices in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and accessibility across the organization.
They will also guide the organization through architectural migrations or upgrades, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical strategy, development, and maintenance of core client infrastructure
Drive developer productivity by building tooling and abstractions
Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent experiences
Champion best practices in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and accessibility
Guide the organization through architectural migrations or upgrades
Requirements:
8-10+ years of experience in engineering management
Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments
Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration
Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools
Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems
Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements
