**Who are we?**
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.

**What will you do? / How will you help?**
- **Perform data analysis** for monthly valuations and product performance reviews.
- **Support annual budget submissions and premium rate setting**, including running and updating projection models.
- **Prepare and compile data** for strategic projects like capital modeling, reporting improvements, and model development.
- **Present insights and analysis** to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- **Ensure process accuracy and efficiency**, implementing improvements and documenting changes.

**What do you need? /What are we looking for?**
- **Bachelor's degree** in Actuarial Studies or a related field.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** for analysis and reporting; knowledge of **R and SQL** is advantageous.
- **Strong communication skills**, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights.
- A **proactive problem-solver** with a self-motivated attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- A **team-oriented, organised individual** capable of managing multiple tasks in a collaborative environment.
