Locomotive Maintenance, Inspections, Servicing, Testing and other repairs

**Electrical Service Technician **to join the team. The role will be offered on a permanent basis working on a rotating roster of Days & Afternoon Shifts.

**About the Role**

The Electrical Service Technician is responsible for carrying out the wiring, testing, preventative maintenance and repairs, modifications and installation of new equipment, electronics, communications and power systems, install/modify new wiring as directed by the Project Manager or Site Supervisors.

**About You**
- Heavy manufacturing or maintenance experience, experience within the rail industry is highly desired but not essential
- Qualified Electrical Trades Person
- Electrician or Electrical Fitter
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Previous experience within a large workshop or heavy maintenance environment.
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to work well in a team environment
