Key Responsibilities
As a skilled software developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tools and systems to support post-trade operations and risk management.
Your tasks will include building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for internal and external data, aggregating, reconciling, and analyzing trading data from multiple sources, calculating and explaining P&L and various risk metrics across a range of trading strategies, and maintaining high test coverage and enforcing software quality through automation.
Collaboration and Analysis
You will collaborate with operations teams on ad-hoc analysis and tasks, identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and streamline recurring processes, ensure the integrity and high availability of critical data systems, monitor and proactively resolve data quality issues, and lead the design and development of firm-wide risk dashboards and tooling.
Support and Development
Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for production systems, including on-call when required, improve monitoring and observability across the risk platform, and keep architectures up to date with best practices and scalability needs.
Requirements
