**About the Role**
Health & Safety Business Partner will partner with he business to support the delivery of safety leadership through the planning, coordination, and monitoring of health & safety within the group framework to ensure safety is embedded across the state.
Additionally, you will:
- Assist delivery partners in the development of their health and safety improvement initiatives, incident management and safety leadership
- identify contemporary health and safety practices and performance metrics to bring into the organisation.
- Support the development and simplification of health and safety planning to support the interface with operations in construction and commissioning activities
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in OHS or a related discipline
- Demonstrated track history in an HSE role within construction, utilities, oil & gas, resources or other high-risk industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group internally and externally
- A strong continuous improvement mindset
- A passion for innovative and contemporary HSE thought and practice
