**About us**:
We are an Indigenous owned Recruitment Agency located in Canberra that provides Contract workers to the Australian Federal Government.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, analyse, and evaluate complex policy issues, providing evidence-based advice to inform decision-making processes.
- Develop, review, and implement policies and strategies in accordance with government priorities and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across government departments, industry, and the community to gather insights, build consensus, and drive policy outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality briefing papers, reports, and submissions for senior management and government ministers.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing policies, recommending adjustments or reforms where necessary.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, research findings, and legislative changes relevant to assigned policy areas.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience in policy development and analysis within the Australian Public Service or a similar government environment.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex information and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise policy documents and briefings.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve common goals and deliver policy outcomes.
- Sound understanding of government decision-making processes, legislative frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in public policy, political science, law, economics, or a related field (desired but not essential).
