Crafted by Matt Moran at Art Gallery NSW is a signature dining experience - focusing on providing a quality all day dining experience for our customers. Matt Moran works closely in partnership with Art Gallery NSW and The Fresh Collective as our culinary advisor. The Restaurant will be open Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm, Wednesday 10am -4pm & 5pm to 10pm.

**The Role**
- Create a range of classic & inspired cocktails
- Make a variety of espresso coffees - latte art a big plus
- Mostly day shifts from Tuesday to Sunday: 15-25 hours p/week
- Pay rates: Level 2 or 3

**About You**
- 1 - 2 years experience in a busy high-end restaurant / bar
- 1 + year barista experience is ideal
- High level of cocktail making skill
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Valid NSW RSA (competency card)
- Valid Australian Working Rights
