We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Coordinator to take ownership of an existing great service with a team of passionate Educators in Toorak. This is a permanent part-time (30.50 hours per week) role for those experienced in working with children, dedicated to take ownership of an existing great service and passionate about development of a team.

**Hours are as follows**: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 09:00 AM ( Rise then Shine Program ) and 03:00 - 06:15 PM ( Stay and Play Program ) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free plus you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the school

Toorak OSHClub is an existing medium sized service, with an average attendance of 10 - 20 children for Rise the Shine Program and 30 - 50 children for Stay and Play Program. You'll be working alongside a great and incredible team of existing Educators at this service. Our OSHClub children at this service can use the school hall and great outdoor areas including gardens, soccer field and basketball court. We also have our own dedicated office area with full kitchen.

Enjoy working with kids.
Strong and clear communication.
Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
