As a Direct Care Worker with us, you'll support residents by delivering exceptional care in a respectful and nurturing environment.In this role, you will assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks while also contributing to their emotional and social well-being.
Whether it's helping with hygiene, providing diversional therapy, or ensuring safety through risk assessments, your presence will make a difference.
You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, assist with training, and ensure operational efficiency through tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, managing equipment, and contributing to client assessments.What We're Looking For:Completed AQF Certificate III (WHA3) or Certificate IV (WHA4) in a relevant field.Experience in direct care services, particularly with aged, frail, or disabled individuals (WHA4).
