North Star is a multi-award-winning holiday resort at Hastings Point, in the heart of the northern NSW Tweed Coast. Over the past 40 years, North Star has grown to become one of Australia's top holiday destinations, with an onsite restaurant, conference and event spaces, day spa and leisure centre, kids' club, Marine Environment Museum, water park and 8.2-meter high water slides. Accommodation ranges from camping and van sites to luxury villas.

A career opportunity exists for a casual position at the busy 5-star North Star Holiday Resort, Hastings Point, Northern NSW in our Grounds department.

General duties and responsibilities include:

- Park vans onsite with a tractor
- Swimming pool knowledge
- Maintenance of Buildings within the Resort
- General maintenance and cleaning duties
- Assist residents and guests when requested.

Applicants possessing the following skills would be desirable:

- Manual drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work as a team member
- Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised
- HR License a plus
