**CoinOp Group** operate amusement machines throughout Australia. This position is for our Melbourne based main warehouse.

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and energetic **Warehouse Manager.**

This is an excellent opportunity for a person with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the smooth operation of all warehouse functions.

This hands on role involves managing all incoming and outgoing stock, overseeing distribution of orders, managing a small team of staff and organising warehouse space.

Typically operating Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating all incoming and outgoing stock
- Container unloading and loading
- Distributing stock from our main warehouse to other warehouses and customers
- Preparing stock for service staff
- Picking and packing orders
- Managing small team of warehouse staff
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Manage and allocate warehouse space as required
- Ensure that the warehouse is kept neat and tidy at all times
- Actively seek improvements and make changes to increase efficiencies to warehouse operations.
- Providing daily activity and productivity reports to management
- Ensuring safe forklift operations
- Ensuring safe procedures, policies and OH&S are followed
- Actively seek improvements and make changes to increase efficiencies to warehouse operations.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Warehouse management/supervision experience
- Self-motivation with the ability to drive this through your team
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Intermediate computer skills, Excel, Outlook, Stock management systems
- A "Can do" attitude
- Exceptional time management skills
- Forklift & drivers licence is essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Company car
- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
