We are seeking a creative and skilled brunch chef.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Planning**: Develop and update our brunch menu, featuring a diverse selection of breakfast and lunch options that cater to a wide range of tastes.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook brunch dishes with precision, ensuring they meet our quality and presentation standards.
- **Kitchen Management**: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- **Creativity**: Experiment with new recipes and seasonal ingredients to keep our brunch menu fresh and exciting.
- Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Cost Control: Manage food costs, portion control, and waste to maximize profitability.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
