**YOUR NEW ROLE**

Catering for 27 children between the ages of 0 - 3 years, KiDZSPOT Dilga is a niche baby and junior toddler centre. The Centre has 100% occupancy and enjoys an excellent reputuation within the local community.

The Acting Centre Manager's main responsibility is to ensure the continuity of service to our children, staff and families. Working closely with the Director, Erskine Park, the CM will oversee the day to day operation of processes, people and resources. The position is office based with some floor time depending on the centre's needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE**
- a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
- at least 2 years' experience in a leadership role in a long day care centre managing at least 6+ full-time educators
- all other mandatory qualifications, including First Aid, Working with Children etc.

Pay: From $41.00 per hour
