OverviewKinetic Fleet Services (KFS) is currently on the lookout for a Leading Hand that would like to become a valued member of our Mackay workshop.From general maintenance tasks and repairs through to major component rebuilds, you'll get exposure to a variety of work across several vehicle makes and models.
You'll also be a hands-on mentor for our workshop talent (Apprentices, Trade Assistants, and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics) with the reward of seeing them grow under your wing.ResponsibilitiesPerform general maintenance tasks and repairs to heavy commercial fleet vehicles.Lead and mentor workshop staff (Apprentices, Trade Assistants, and Heavy Vehicle Mechanics).
