- Develop, implement and review the curriculum and pedagogy for the disengaged students support program
- Assist with placement of students into flexible learning environment as a targeted intervention
- Communication with parents/carers to establish working relationship for intervention and support
1. Collaboratively collecting and analysing data to support the development and implementation of the FIP- analysis and use of attendance data, behaviour data, academic reporting data, effort data, staff and student feedback to support program decision-making. Track & gather student data and report to HoD Engagement and Deputy of Student Inclusion and Wellbeing
The successful applicant can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
1. Demonstrated capacity to provide curriculum leadership
- Providing support and resources for the embedding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Histories and Cultures in Faculties
2. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to develop and sustain productive relationships
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- ability to reflect on staff and student relationships to improve interpersonal skills and leadership capability
3. Capacity to use analytical skills to contribute to educational outcomes at a faculty level
- use of data and observation to inform differentiated practice for improvement
