**About the Centre**

Brunswick Baths is one of six Active Merri-bek sites with a strong membership base carrying over to the swimming lessons. The centre consists of a heated 50 metre outdoor pool, Program Pool, spa, sauna, steam room, splash park & Toddler pool, fully equipped gymnasium, group fitness rooms and training zones.

**About the role**

We're on the look out for an energetic, suitably qualified, motivated Aqua Aerobics Instructor for our classes at the Brunswick Baths.

Our Aqua Instructors lead energizing, fun, safe, and educational group classes of Aqua Aerobics in a safe, enjoyable and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement.

This is a casual position, with an hourly rate of $50.91 - $60.26 + super, experience dependant.

**About you**

As our Group Fitness Instructor you will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can effectively motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will have a deep understanding of various training styles and methods, and can cater to the needs of a wide range of clients during our classes.

Above all, you will be a team player who can bring your own positive energy and enthusiasm to our team

**Essential Qualifications**
- Aqua Certificate for Aqua Classes and Deep Water Running
- Certificate III in Fitness or approved equivalent
- Certificate IV in Fitness or approved equivalent (completed or working towards completion)
- Current Fitness Australia Registration, or approved equivalent
- CPR certificate
- First Aid certificate
- 20 Continuing Education Credits (CECs) every two years, in order to maintain your accredited Fitness Industry registration.
